Life’s Little Erasers
A Poem about How to Correct Mistakes
If you take a closer look
Find what you may see
Solutions to your worldly mistakes
Wearing as they may be
Do not hide the facts of life
No can be perfect all the time
But when possible with respite
Make corrections for your crimes
Erasing guilt is hard
For the mistakes will hang on your soul
If you further error now
The stress will make you old
Not all wrongs can be righted
The reverse is not always true
If you get an opportunity
Erase errors made by you
Wiping out what was not right
Will never make an easy night
Will never make you a dime
Will cost much in terms of time
But do it
Do it now
Let life be lighter
Life with a smile
And not a frown
